Viet Phap Steel Company was established in 28^th October 2004 in Dinh Cu Industrial Zone, Hai Phong Harbour. This was one of the earliest factory in Vietnam, which was also receiving investment. The factory has several advantages in geohraphical locations, natural resources, and vision. Viet Phap Steel factory situates next to a Highway, three ports of Hai Phong City within 3km in diameter, 3km away from Cat Bi airport, with the area around 36.400 square meters.

With the mass scale and spacious area, the factory totally adapts to the basic requirements of production activities, naming corrugating iron sheets, installing corrugation machine, bending machine, slitting machine, Iron-Steel Assemble area, coiled corrugated iron Assemble area. The factory’s location is near to a highway and conjunctions between major roads network, which is convenient for the logistic and transporting activities.
 

The factory produces and supplies the market with major products, including: Zinc aluminum alloy plating, color plated corrugated iron, wood vein plated corrugated iron, stone vein corrugated iron. These products are transported to global market, regarding Europe, The U.S.A, Asia. Individual and organizational customers have been drawing their trust and highly evaluating the products in 20 years so far.

Visualizing an international competency in global market, the factory invested many cutting-edge advances and technological breakthroughs in term of Steel-Corrugated Iron Indestry like Hertey (France), Siemens (Germany)… in order to create products with high quality and meet the various different requirements of the market, as well as benefit the customers. At the present, company is owning fully-operated production line with all essential equipments, including: Rolling Steel Line, Galvanizing Line with capacity of 200.000 tonnes per year, color painting line with capacity of  160.000 tonnes per year.

Plating technology at the factory

Plating technology of Viet Phap Steel uses the most current production mechanism with heating system NOF,  high speed galvanizing tank and wind-blade technology. Those systems have high capacity in order to control the thickness and thinness of the outcome, as well as the smoothness on the surface of the plating so that the outputs will be at high standards with high aesthetics.
